Create a Log File

If you need to send a log file to support use the following steps.

Firstly click options.

On the options tab click create log file.

Click OK.

Run the program to create the error you are trying to report. You can use Ctrl-C to copy the text of any dialogs to the clipboard ready to be pasted into an email.

Once the error has occured exit PCast.

Search your hard drive for the file PCAST.LOG. It is most likely in the folder where PCast is installed.
